Sound Familiar?

You're sleeping. You're just not resting.

Sleep apnea means your airway closes again and again through the night. Your body keeps waking you up to breathe — so even eight or ten hours can leave you exhausted, foggy and short-tempered.

Left untreated, sleep apnea is linked to high blood pressure, heart disease, and stroke — which is exactly why it's worth solving now.

  • 01Eight hours of sleep and still waking up tired
  • 02Loud snoring your partner complains about
  • 03Waking up gasping, choking or several times a night
  • 04Morning headaches, brain fog, low energy by midday
  • 05A CPAP sitting in the closet because you can't wear it
  • 06Told your sleep apnea "isn't severe enough" to treat

The Alternative to CPAP

A small custom appliance that keeps your airway open.

Made from impressions of your teeth, it gently holds your lower jaw forward while you sleep, so your airway stays open and you breathe all night. It fits in your pocket and goes wherever you go.

Quiet

No motor, no air pressure, no noise.

Comfortable

Most patients wear it all night from day one.

Custom

Fitted to your mouth and adjusted by Dr. Thai.

CPAP vs. The Oral Appliance

Two ways to treat sleep apnea. Only one you will actually wear.

CPAP
  • Mask strapped to your face
  • Hose tethered to a machine
  • Noisy motor and air pressure
  • Needs wall power all night
  • Bulky case for travel
The Oral Appliance
  • Fits in the palm of your hand
  • Completely silent
  • Pocket-sized and travel-ready
  • No power, no hose, no noise
  • Goes wherever you go

Insurance & Medicare

Good news: this is usually covered.

Because sleep apnea is a medical condition, oral appliance therapy is covered by Medicare and most medical insurance — it bills to your medical plan, not your dental. Many patients pay little to nothing out of pocket. We verify your exact coverage before anything begins.

Patient Stories

Real patients. Real nights of sleep.

As a disabled veteran suffering from sleep apnea, I had struggled for years and could not tolerate CPAP therapy. I was exhausted and felt like I never truly slept. Dr. Suzanne Thai gave me hope. Her knowledge, professionalism, and passion for helping patients are second to none. I've worked with leaders from INC 5000 companies across the country, and she is one of the most impressive professionals I've ever met. For the first time in a long time, I'm genuinely hopeful about finally getting the sleep and treatment I need. Highly recommend Dr. Thai and her team. 5/5 stars!

I went to DFW Sleep Solutions a little over 2 years ago for concerns about Sleep Apnea. I had no intention of wearing a CPAP mask and had heard about the oral appliance. After receiving the sleep tests, I was thrilled to find that I could qualify for the oral appliance. It's a miracle. Since I had always worn a night guard for tooth grinding it was an easy adjustment for me. I can finally sleep through the night without waking myself up snoring. I have more energy in the morning. Dr. Thai is a genius on the subject of sleep apnea. She really runs an excellent company and is very involved with the clients. Abigail has been my specialist for over 2 years and she is excellent to work with! Thank you, Abigail and Dr. Thai — you are life savers! I would recommend DFW Sleep Solutions to anyone!

I went to the Corinth office and the staff was awesome. From the front desk to Abigail and Dr. Thai, they made my visit less stressful. Everything was thoroughly explained. If you suffer from sleep apnea, you need to visit this office for other options beside a CPAP.

Questions

Questions, answered.

Yes. Because it treats a medical condition, oral appliance therapy is covered by Medicare and most medical insurance. We check your specific benefits and tell you your exact cost before anything begins.

No. The complimentary consultation is a conversation and a gentle evaluation — no painful procedures. If testing is later recommended, we'll explain exactly what to expect first.

Possibly — many patients who can't get along with a CPAP may be supported with an oral appliance or alternative therapy. Candidacy is confirmed at your consultation, at no cost to you.

Care is coordinated with a physician and tailored to your health history. Dr. Thai will review whether this approach is appropriate for you during the consultation.

That's exactly what the consultation is for — to understand your symptoms and see whether testing makes sense. There's no obligation, and the visit is complimentary.

For most patients, insurance or Medicare covers all or most of it. The consultation is complimentary, we verify your benefits, and you'll see any remaining cost — with financing available — before you agree to anything.

Tonight could be the last night you sleep like this.

Consultation times are limited each week — reserve yours before they're gone.

Is your partner's snoring keeping you awake? One quiet night could change both your lives.
